\nIn the past, horses were the chief vehicle<\/p>\n

Of man’s dream of escape. Then the locomotive.
\nNow we can lose ourselves in six dimensions.
\nI plead the Fifth. Lust is real. Love
\nIs a momentary lapse of treason. Technology
\nMeans there is no such thing as persistence
\nOf vision. The West was never won.
\nYou were never the one in the many.

“For me,” Smith told an interviewer from Nidus<\/i><\/a>, “poetry is really just about trying to inhabit the world a little more fully.
