Thankful for Catfish

I just got back from a whirlwind trip to Los Angeles and I'm several days behind on my sleep. So I hope you'll forgive my brevity today.

But I can say that I am looking forward to spending the holiday weekend with A Miracle of Catfish, the novel that Larry Brown was working on at the time of his sudden and tragic death. It seems particularly appropriate to lose myself in this book at this time since Brown passed away right around Thanksgiving two years ago.

So, this year, in addition to counting all my other blessings, I'm thankful for catfish.
