You Can Fool Some of the People

I don't watch much late-night TV, so I've never seen Kevin Trudeau's informercials for Natural Cures "They" Don't Want You to Know About. Apparently, though, they've helped him land the top spot on the NYT bestseller list (for advice books). Not bad for "the undisputed king of false infomercial advertising," as he's dubbed by a Salon feature which follows up on a string of rumblings here and there throughout the blogosphere in recent months, as well as June's Publishers Weekly spotlight on the book.
