Apparently, All My Badgering Paid Off

I hadn't actually been keeping up with Page Six much in the last week, because of a glitch viewing the Post website, but I was surprised to see that yesterday's lead item about the runaway bride, who's apparently become one of Judith Regan's intellectual properties, mentioned that "ReganBooks [is] an imprint of HarperCollins, which is owned by News Corp." Longtime readers of this blog may recall that whenever I was low on fresh material, I could always turn to p6 and point out how even when the rest of the Post owned up to the financial connections it shared with Fox and HarperCollins, the gossip sheet would simply act as if the journalistic dilemma didn't exist. I guess it's nice to see that's changed, but now I have to go find a new whipping boy, dammit... Or maybe not, since today's column reverts to type in simply not mentioning its connection to ReganMedia. Maybe they think once a week is enough?
