Smash the Control Machine
by Ron HoganI don't have anything new to say about William S. Burroughs, really, but it would have been his 91st birthday today and I always did like this picture Annie Leibowitz took of him, so I'm going to run it anyway. Because I can.
Well, okay, I do have something to say, to point out at any rate: You can get the tracks from Burroughs's 1975 collaboration with John Giorno online. Free MP3s of readings from Naked Lunch, Cities of the Red Night, Junkie, and plenty more besides.
