...but that doesn't mean Stephen Pelicoff ain't been on my mind. In an ideal world, I'd have read his novel Beautiful Somewhere Else months ago, and told you all about it, but I haven't, so Mark over at the Elegant Variation has turned the microphone over to Stephen, who fills us in on just how hard it is to get attention for a novel when, among other things, your editor and your publicists keep leaving the publisher by choice or attrition... But now I'm telling you about that, which is almost as good as telling you about his book, right?
