Classy Move
by Ron HoganSarah Weinman blogs about a minor kerfuffle in this year's Edgar nominations, as Michael Connelly withdraws his novel Lost Light from consideration because he's currently serving as president of the Mystery Writers of America, which hands out the annual awards. Everyone who's commented on it so far seems to agree this was the best thing to do under the circumstances.
Which I pretty much really only mentioned because it means I can tell you that Connelly dropped some hints about Lost Light to me about a year before it was published.
