Return to the Outer Boroughs

Expect extremely slow goings on this blogfront for the next couple days, as the long-anticipated Return to the Outer Boroughs finally gets underway. I'm assured of both phone and cable service on Wednesday, so sometime that evening or the next morning, I should expect.
